Setting up a DirectLaw system

The DirectLaw solution is very easy to set up.

Firstly, you choose which documents you would like to offer your clients online from our choice of five document libraries. The document libraries available are:

• Wills & Powers of Attorney
• Family Law
• Landlord & Tenant
• Employment and Health & Safety
• Business Law

Secondly, we create the online document web pages, branded to be consistent with your firm’s style, which are then seamlessly linked to your own website.

You can also choose how to bill your clients for the documents they buy:

• Online with a credit/debit card, where you can agree the fee with your clients individually, or display a pre-determined fixed fee for a service and have them pay online (we refer to this as an 'ecommerce site'), or

• Offline, where you verbally agree the price of the document before it is drafted, and invoice the client on completion
