How it works

DirectLaw is designed to be very easy to use – for both you and your clients.

Central to this ease-of-use is Rapidocs®, Epoq’s sophisticated and ground-breaking online document drafting solution.

Your clients click on the link to the document they require from your website and seamlessly access the Rapidocs system.  This presents them with an easy-to-complete questionnaire, specific to the document they are drafting.

As your clients complete the questionnaire, their answers are used to create the document automatically in real time. Guidance and advice are provided throughout the questionnaire process, so that the vast majority of general queries that a user may have are dealt with immediately. You can of course contact your clients directly at any time to give them further guidance if required.

When your clients have finished drafting a document, they simply press a submit button and you will be alerted by email that the draft is ready for review.

You can then securely access the first draft online, amend it as required and communicate at any time with your client. Once you have approved the document, you can inform your client that the document is available for them to retrieve online, or should you prefer, for them to collect from your office - the choice is yours.
